• Service charge 3%

• Loan Interest Rate: start from 4.5 – 8% Annually

• Funding Capacity Min / Max USD 1M -1B

• Monetize Collateral/Funding Security: SBLC from AA top rate bank UBS SWISS, HSBC, WELL FARGO, DBS, BARCLAY

• Monetize USANCE LC

• Monetize IRREVOCABLE CONFIRMED LETTER OF CREDIT

We are willing, ready to provide the required Project Funding through our Financier Bank account with Standard Charter Bank. The Required fund will be released and directly transfer to the Borrowers Designated/Nominated Bank accounts within 15 Bank working days as soon as the Mandatory Required Collateral or Bank instrument is provided through Bank to Bank. The borrowers are required to pay all costs involved within the program. Working Procedure:

  1. Meeting face to face between Funder representative and Project Owner/Borrower
  2. Submit Letter of Intention to request fund service program

  • Project summary
 
  1. KPN acknowledge receive document and provide agreement to Project Owner/Borrower
  2. Owner/Borrower prepare complete agreement with document attached send to KPN
  • Incorporate Company Certificate
  • Authorized Passport of Project Owner/Borrower
  • Company decision letter approve to process fund via KPN FINVESTCO Co.,Ltd as fund facilitator
  • Fill in and sign Loan Contract Agreement and Funding Term Sheet)
 
  1. KPN acknowledge receive document to Project Owner/Borrower and arrange face to face meeting with Project Owner/Borrower for evaluation/verification process.
  2. Once project qualified by KPN. KPN will process request approval to the Funder
  3. The Funder confirm project approve to Project Owner/ Borrower
  4. Project Owner/ Borrower sign Funder Facilitate Agreement with KPN and pay service charge
  5. Project Owner/ Borrower arrange Bank Instrument

  • USANCE LC
  • IRREVOCABLE CONFIRMED LETTER OF CREDIT

  1. The Funder will release fund to Project Owner/ Borrower within 20 day after receive Bank Instrument
